The tour passes must-see landmarks like the Edificio Metrópolis, Plaza de España, Plaza de Cibeles, Gran Vía, Puerta de Alcalá and many more. You can also enjoy audio commentary in 10 languages, offering you facinating stories and facts about the city.

Please note: Tours depart daily from Stop #1 (Neptuno) at 20:30. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.

Accessing your ticket: Once you've purchased your ticket, open the Big Bus Tours app, tap 'Add Booking' and enter your booking reference. On the day, open your bus ticket and press 'Activate'. Your ticket countdown starts – just show your activated ticket to the driver to board.

Sit back on the top deck of a double-decker bus and enjoy views of the capital’s famous landmarks and monuments, accompanied by engaging pre-recorded commentary available in 10 languages. The tour departs from Stop #1 at Fuente Neptuno at 20:30 (please arrive at least 15 minutes early).

Please note: This is a panoramic tour and not a hop-on, hop-off service. Present your ticket, either printed or on your device, to a Big Bus team member at the departure point.

Can I bring my luggage on the bus?

No, luggage is not permitted on board the bus.

Are discounts available for specific age groups?

Yes, discounted tickets are available for guests aged 65+, and children aged 5–15. Children under 4 may travel free of charge but must sit on their caregiver's lap when the service is full. Please see our Tickets & Passes page for more details on ticket prices.

Can I smoke or vape on the bus?

No, smoking or vaping of any substance is not permitted on the bus.

What happens if I miss the bus?

For our Madrid bus tour, you can simply hop on the next bus that arrives at the stop.

For our out-of-town day trips, please go to Stop #1 (Fuente Neptuno) and speak to a Big Bus Tours staff member.

Can I bring a pet on board the bus?

Only service animals are allowed on board. We do not permit other pets on our buses to ensure the comfort and safety of all our passengers.

Can I eat and drink on the bus?

No, eating and drinking is not permitted on the bus.
