Service Amendments: Sunday 28th April, 2024
Dear Customers,
On Sunday April 28th the Rock n’ Roll Running Series will be taking place in Madrid. Due to this our Hop on Hop off service will start at 4:30pm (16:30). We will run several tours until 7:30pm and then we will run the Night Tour as usual.

Last Bus: 19:30 from Stop #1
Full Circuit Time: 90 minutes (approx.)
Bus Frequency: every 30 minutes
Night Tour:
Departure Time: 21:00 and 21:10
Departure Location: Stop #1: Fuente Neptuno (Paseo del Prado, 3198, 28014 Madrid)
Duration: 90 minutes (approx.)
Bus Frequency: two Night Tours per evening.

Big Bus Tours Madrid service is occasionally affected by road closures. In these circumstances, some stops may be closed, frequency may be affected, or service on one or all routes may be partially curtailed. On rare occasions, we may need to temporarily suspend all service in the instance of very poor weather or for expected and unplanned city events.
