Discover Toledo and its rich history on our half-day Toledo Express tour. This 6-hour tour departs Madrid and journeys to the town of Toledo, where our guide will take you to see famous landmarks like Toledo Cathedral, Zocodover Square and the Viewpoint of the Valle. You'll also have free time to explore Toledo's cobbled streets and medieval squares independently, discovering local boutiques, cafes and restaurants at your leisure. The tour includes a visit to an artisanal damascene workshop and during your free time, you also have the option to join a guided tour of Santo Tomé Church (available with the 12 pm departure option only).
Please note: that entrance to Toledo Cathedral is not included during the tour.

Stroll through its atmospheric streets on a guided walk, passing iconic landmarks such as Toledo Cathedral and the historic Jewish Quarter, before enjoying free time to explore at your own pace. You can also upgrade your experience to include entry to the Church of Santo Tomé, home to El Greco’s famous The Burial of Count Orgaz.

Can I bring my luggage on the bus?

No, luggage is not permitted on board the bus.

Are discounts available for specific age groups?

Yes, discounted tickets are available for guests aged 65+, and children aged 5–15. Children under 4 may travel free of charge but must sit on their caregiver's lap when the service is full. Please see our Tickets & Passes page for more details on ticket prices.

Can I smoke or vape on the bus?

No, smoking or vaping of any substance is not permitted on the bus.

What happens if I miss the bus?

For our Madrid bus tour, you can simply hop on the next bus that arrives at the stop.

For our out-of-town day trips, please go to Stop #1 (Fuente Neptuno) and speak to a Big Bus Tours staff member.

Can I bring a pet on board the bus?

Only service animals are allowed on board. We do not permit other pets on our buses to ensure the comfort and safety of all our passengers.

Can I eat and drink on the bus?

No, eating and drinking is not permitted on the bus.
