Service Disruption

Monday, June 8

From 09:30 to 11:00 (approx.), due to operational incidents in Madrid related to the Pope’s visit, the service may be subject to diversions, delays, and changes to some stops.

Affected stops:

  • Historical Route: Stop #2 (Cibeles), Stop #13 (Paseo del Prado)
  • Modern Route: Stop #2 (Cibeles), Stop #10 (Canalejas)

From 11:30 to 14:00 (approx.), due to an incident / gathering, the service may be subject to diversions and delays.

Affected stops:

  • Historical Route: Stop #2 (Cibeles), Stop #13 (Paseo del Prado)
  • Modern Route: Stop #2 (Cibeles), Stop #3 (Colón)

From 16:00 to 21:45 (approx.), due to a high-attendance event, the service may be subject to diversions, delays, and changes to some stops.

Affected stops:

  • Modern Route: Stop #4 (Museo Ciencias Naturales), Stop #5 (Santiago Bernabéu), Stop #6 (Nuevos Ministerios), Stop #7 (Museo Sorolla)

From 17:30 to 18:30 (approx.), due to a religious event, the service may be subject to diversions and delays.

Affected stops:

  • Historical Route: Stop #10 (Puerta de Toledo), Stop #11 (Plaza Mayor), Stop #12 (Barrio de las Letras)

In addition to the stops listed above, other stops may be affected without prior notice.

Our tours will be subject to stop closures and diversions between Friday, June 5th - Sunday, June 7th, 2026, due to road closures that will be in place for Events related to Pope Leo XIV visit. Please see the below table for details:

Modern (Blue) Route Tours are suspended for the entire day

The Panoramic Night Tour is suspended
