Service Amendments: 14th–15th September, 2024

Dear Customers,

Please note that our service will be subject to some stop closures, delays and route diversions between Saturday 14th – Sunday 15th September, 2024. Please see below for details:

Saturday 14th September:

Due to a demonstration the service will experience some diversions and delays from 12:00pm-1:30pm.

  • Stop #5 (Plaza de Cibeles) - CLOSED
  • Stop #6 (Gran Via 16) - CLOSED
  • Stop #7 (Gran Via 32) - CLOSED
  • Stop #8 (Gran Via 54) - CLOSED

Sunday 15th September:

Due to a race, service will begin at approximately 10:30am.

Due to the usual Sunday traffic closure, the Paseo del Prado, from Atocha to Cibeles, will be closed from 9:00am-4:00pm.

  • Stop #1 (Neptuno) - CLOSED. There will be an alternative stop at Puerta de Felipe IV in Retiro Park, located on Alfonso XII street, in front on Stop #28 (Casón del Buen Retiro)

Due to a demonstration, the service will experience diversions and delays, from 12:00pm-2:00pm.

  • Stop #5 (Plaza de Cibeles) - CLOSED.
  • Stop #6 (Gran Via 16) - CLOSED.
  • Stop #7 (Gran Vía 32) - CLOSED.
  • Stop #8 (Gran Vía 54) - CLOSED.

In addition to the mentioned stops, other stops may be affected without prior notice.

Night Tour:
Departure Time: 21:00 and 21:10
Departure Location: Stop #1: Fuente Neptuno (Paseo del Prado, 3198, 28014 Madrid)
Duration: 90 minutes (approx.)
Bus Frequency: two Night Tours per evening.

2024 Service Amendment Dates:

  • 25th December - CLOSED

Big Bus Tours Madrid service is occasionally affected by road closures. In these circumstances, some stops may be closed, frequency may be affected, or service on one or all routes may be partially curtailed. On rare occasions, we may need to temporarily suspend all service in the instance of very poor weather or for expected and unplanned city events.
