Service Amendments: Sunday 21st April, 2024

Our service will be subject to some changes to bus times on Sunday 21st April, 2024 due numerous events taking place in Madrid. Please see below for more information.

Please note, tours begin at 10:00 from Felipe IV Gate of the Retiro Park, located in Alfonso XII Street, in front of number 28 (Casón del Buen Retiro).

  • Stop #1 (Neptuno) - CLOSED from 09:00 to 16:00. Alternative stop at the Felipe IV Gate of the Retiro Park, located in Alfonso XII Street, in front of number 28 (Casón del Buen Retiro).
  • Stop #4 (Plaza de Colón) - CLOSED from 10:00 to 11:30.
  • Stop #5 (Plaza de Cibeles) - CLOSED from 10:00 to 15:00.
  • Stop #6 (Gran Vía 30) - CLOSED from 11:30 to 15:00.
  • Stop #7 (Plaza de España Riu) - CLOSED from 11:30 to 15:00.

Night Tour:

Duration: 90 minutes (approx.)
Bus Frequency: two Night Tours per evening.

2024 Service Amendment Dates:

  • 25th December - CLOSED

Big Bus Tours Madrid service is occasionally affected by road closures. In these circumstances, some stops may be closed, frequency may be affected, or service on one or all routes may be partially curtailed. On rare occasions, we may need to temporarily suspend all service in the instance of very poor weather or for expected and unplanned city events.
