Service Amendments: Monday, December 1st, 2025 - Sunday, March 15th, 2026
Our Sunset Tour will be subject to some amendments between Monday, December 1st, 2025 - Sunday, March 15th, 2026 as part of our Winter Operations schedule. The following changes will be in place:
- The Sunset Tour will depart at 6:00 PM from Stop #1 (Big Bus Tours Visitor Center - 99 Jefferson Street).
Stop Closure on Sundays
Stop #11 (Golden Gate Park) will be closed every Sunday. Please use Stop #100 (North-West corner of Lincoln Way & 9th Ave) on Sundays instead.

Standard Service Information
Day Tour (Red Route):
First Bus: 10:00am from Stop #1 (Big Bus Tours Fisherman's Wharf Visitor Center, 99 Jefferson Street).
Last Bus: 17:00pm at Stop #1 (Big Bus Tours Fisherman's Wharf Visitor Center, 99 Jefferson Street). Please note that on the 4th July, the last bus will depart at 4:00pm
Full Circuit Time: 2 hours, 20 minutes (approx.)
Bus Frequency: every 15 minutes.
Sunset Tour (Blue Route):
First Bus: 6:00pm only, from Stop #1 (Big Bus Tours Fisherman's Wharf Visitor Center, 99 Jefferson Street)
Full Circuit Time: 1 hour, 15 mins (approx.)
Closure Dates
On rare occasions, we may need to temporarily suspend all service in the instance of very poor weather or for unplanned city events.
