  • Stop #9 (Haight Ashbury) - CLOSED until noon

Normal service will resume on from noon on Sunday 28th July, 2024

Our tours are operating daily! We can't wait to welcome you on board.

Please note that Stop #10 (Golden Gate Park) is closed on Sundays. Please use Stop #100 (North-West corner of Lincoln Way & 9th Ave) on Sundays instead.

Standard Service Information

Day Tour (Red Route):
First Bus: 10:00am from Stop #1 (Big Bus Tours Fisherman's Wharf Visitor Center, 99 Jefferson Street).
Last Bus: 18:00pm at Stop #1 (Big Bus Tours Fisherman's Wharf Visitor Center, 99 Jefferson Street). Please note that on the 4th July, the last bus will depart at 4:00pm
Full Circuit Time: 2 hours, 20 minutes (approx.)
Bus Frequency: every 15 minutes.

Sunset Tour (Blue Route):
First Bus: 6:30pm only, from Stop #1 (Big Bus Tours Fisherman's Wharf Visitor Center, 99 Jefferson Street)
Full Circuit Time: 1 hour, 15 mins (approx.)

Closure Dates

Big Bus Tours San Francisco operates every day except Christmas Day (December 25). Our Sunset Tours will not be operating on the 4th of July, Thanksgiving (November 23), Christmas Eve (December 24) or New Year's Eve (December 31).
On rare occasions, we may need to temporarily suspend all service in the instance of very poor weather or for unplanned city events. We will do our best to notify customers of any service amendments or suspensions on this page or via our free app. If you have any questions, please feel welcome to contact us.
