    Depending on the time of the year and on the boarding point, tours start between 10am and 8:30pm. To complete the full route back to your start point, you should board before 5pm, as after this time, tours terminate at the Trocadero.

The Big Bus Tour runs every day of the year runs every day of the year.

If I purchase a 2-day ticket, can I use the tickets on separated days, such as Friday and Monday?

No, your ticket can only be used on consecutive days.

Is there a discount available for groups, schools and agencies?

What can I see and visit?

Bus stops are conveniently located near popular landmarks and attractions, so you are able to hop-on and hop-off as you please. Visit our top landmarks information to discover what you can see and visit on our tour.

You can hop on and off as many times as you wish and are of course welcome to stay on board for the entire route. Please see our tours information to discover more.

What is the child policy?

A child ticket is available for children aged between 4 and 12 years inclusively. Children aged 3 years and under may travel free of charge when accompanied by a dedicated adult. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Do I need to specify a date of travel?

All the tour tickets we sell on our website are open dated, meaning you can travel on any day within 6 months of purchase. If you purchase a ticket that offers validity for more than 1 day, you must travel on consecutive days.

How do I redeem my ticket?

Show your printed ticket to a member of staff at one of our stops or aboard the bus. They'll issue you a receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket.<

If you requested to have your tickets sent via SMS, remember that there is no need to print your tickets. Just bring your phone with you with the ticket page open to show it to one of our on street staff who will issue you your ticket.

Are the buses wheelchair accessible?

A third of our fleet has wheelchair access on the lower deck, and we try to run these vehicles evenly throughout our service. Please contact us for further information.
