    Our bus tours feature pre-recorded commentary in the following languages:

    Our commentary is broadcast via complimentary wired earphones. Simply pick up a pair when you board the bus, plug them in to the seatback in front of you, and tune in to your preferred language channel! Remember to take your earphones with you when you hop off the bus.
    If you like, you're welcome to bring your own wired earphones on board.

    Depending on the time of the year and on the boarding point, tours operate between 10:00am and 8:30pm. To complete the full route back to your start point, you should board the bus before 5pm, as after this time, tours terminate at the Louvre-Pyramide / Big Bus Information Centre.

Is there a discount available for groups, schools and agencies?

Yes, discounts are available for groups of 10 or more. To find out more, submit an enquiry using our group booking information page.

What can I see and visit?

Bus stops are conveniently located near popular landmarks and attractions, so you are able to hop-on and hop-off as you please. Visit our top landmarks information to discover what you can see and visit on our tour.

You can hop on and off as many times as you wish and are of course welcome to stay on board for the entire route. Please see our tours information to discover more.

What is the child policy?

A child ticket is available for children aged between 4 and 12 years inclusively. Children aged 3 years and under may travel free of charge when accompanied by a dedicated adult. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

How do I redeem my ticket?

After you complete your ticket purchase you will receive a confirmation email. Please follow the redemption instructions issued in your booking confirmation email.

Are the buses wheelchair accessible?

A third of our fleet has wheelchair access on the lower deck. Please contact us for further information.

Do I need to choose a date for my tour?

Yes – when you book, you will need to select the date you’d like to hop on the bus. If you’re touring with us for more than one day, your ticket must be used across consecutive days, and the date you select at time of booking should be the first day of your tour. Some tours also require you to select a time of travel, to secure your seat. If your ticket has extra inclusions, you may also need to book dates and times for these inclusions after your purchase is complete via our Booking Portal. Can I change the date (and time) of my bus tour?

Yes. If you have a ticket that's 'fully flexible' you can change the date (and time) of your bus tour booking without charge. To make the change, please contact us.

If you don't have a 'fully flexible' ticket, we can still change the date of your bus tour, but please be aware that charges may apply.
