Schedules
Big Bus Tours Muscat operates two different schedules. On days when cruise ships are in port, we operate hop-on, hop-off bus tours every 30 minutes between the hours of 8:15am and 5:15pm. On non-cruise-ship days, we operate two panoramic tours each day, at 10:30am and 2:30pm. These panoramic tours are not hop-on, hop-off tours. Red Loop (Panoramic Tour - non-cruise-ship days):
First Tour: 10:30am from Stop #1: Mutrah Suq
Last Tour: 2:30pm from Stop #1: Mutrah Suq
Full Circuit Time: 1 hour, 45 minutes (approx.)
Bus Frequency: every 5 hours.
Red Loop (Hop-on, Hop-off Tour - cruise-ship days):
First Bus: 8:15am from Stop #1: Mutrah Suq
Last Full-Circuit Tour: 5:15pm from Stop #1: Mutrah Suq
Last Bus: 5:15pm at Stop #1: Mutrah Suq (drop-off only)
Full Circuit Time: 1 hour, 45 minutes (approx.)
Bus Frequency: every 30 minutes.
