What measures have been taken for Covid-19?
The health and safety of our staff and customers is our number one priority and so we've had to change things around a little to keep you safe. Currently, our Washington DC bus tours are operating at a reduced hop-on, hop-off service, although still passing by all the famous sights and landmarks. Before you board the bus you will need to pre-book a date for your tour. And there's plenty more going on behind the scenes, check out our hygiene and social distancing measures here.

There are no buses running due to weather conditions, what do I do?
If your ticket was bought on-street or has already been scanned by one of our on-street advisors, and we have cancelled our services due to weather conditions, you will be able to apply for a refund. Please check out our Terms & Conditions for full details.
How can I find the stop nearest to me?
You can also download the FREE Big Bus Tours app - this will show you the nearest stops, and it offers real-time bus tracking! Don’t forget you’ll need to enable location services and data on your mobile device to use these features of the app (please speak with your mobile / cell provider regarding data roaming costs).
