DDSG Danube River Cruise Highlights
The hop-on, hop-off DDSG cruise includes three different cruise routes, and docks at a variety of points along the river, so you can depart and rejoin the cruise as you wish. The cruise travels along a section of the Danube Canal also known as Vienna Water / Vienna Arm / Little Danube. You'll see well-known buildings like the Uniqa Tower, the Urania Observatory and the Media Tower by Hans Hollein. Look out for the Schützenhaus by Otto Wagner, the Ringturm, the Rossauer Barracks, and the waste incineration plant of Spttelau (designed by Friedensreich Hundertwasser). On the journey back, you'll see elements of the 'new Vienna', with grafitti art and regenerated industrial zones.
