9/11 Memorial & Museum
The monumental artifacts of the National September 11 Memorial Museum provide a link to the events of 9/11, while presenting intimate stories of loss, compassion, reckoning, and recovery that are central to telling the story of the attacks and the aftermath. The Museum’s exhibition tells the story of 9/11 through multimedia displays, archives, narratives and a collection of monumental and authentic artifacts. Visitors are welcome to explore the Museum at their own pace. An average visit can take about two hours.

Sunday - Thursday: 9:00am - 8:00pm (last entry 6:00pm)
Friday - Saturday: 9:00am - 9:00pm (last entry 7:00pm)

T&Cs: Please exchange your printed ticket voucher at the museum ticket window. There is a limit to the number of visitors that the 9/11 Memorial Museum can accommodate at any one time, so guests are only able to exchange their voucher for tickets for the first available entry. Tickets are valid 1 year from date of purchase. A child ticket is required for ages 7-17. The historical exhibition may not be appropriate for visitors younger than 10 years of age. Adults accompanying younger visitors should exercise discretion before entering. The retail price includes a USD$2.00 health and safety fee.

Do I need to choose a date for my tour?
Yes – when you book, you will need to select the date you’d like to hop on the bus. If you’re touring with us for more than one day, your ticket must be used across consecutive days, and the date you select at the time of booking should be the first day of your tour. Some tours also require you to select a time of travel to secure your seat. If your ticket has extra inclusions, you may also need to book dates and times for these inclusions after your purchase is complete via our Booking Portal. You can purchase tickets either on this website, on the bus, from a trusted retailer such as your hotel concierge, or from one of our on-street staff members. Please note that for hygiene reasons we encourage you to pay with card when possible so that all parties can avoid the handling of cash.
