Service Amendments - Friday, November 28th 2025 until Friday, December 12th 2025.
Dear Customers,
Our service will be subject to some temporary stop closures from Friday, November 28th 2025 until Friday, December 12th 2025 due to road closures that will be in place to accommodate Electrical workings on Southampton Row. The following amendments will be in place:
Stop Closures:
- Stop #54 (British Museum, Southbound) : closed
- Stop #55 (British Museum, Northbound) : closed
We highly recommend joining the tours at Stop #48 (Woburn, Northbound), which is conveniently situated directly opposite Stop #53 (Woburn, Southbound).
Normal service will resume on Friday, December 12th 2025.

Service Amendments - Thursday, December 25th, 2025 (Christmas Day)
Dear Customers,
Our service will be subject to service amendments and will operate on a special schedule on Thursday, December 25th, 2025. The following amendments will be in place:
Service amendments on Thursday, December 25th, 2025:
- Main departure point: Stop #27 (Victoria, Nova Complex).
- Red Route: will operate and serve all Red Route stops via Green Park Stop #1.
- Blue and Green Routes are suspended.
Special arrangements:
- Between 09:20 AM – 10:50 AM, 5 shuttle buses will operate every 20 minutes to assist customers in joining the Red Route. These buses will pick up passengers only from Gloucester Road (Stop #36) and Paddington Station (Stop #43) and will then proceed to Stop #4 (Marble Arch) where they will continue as part of the Red Route.
- After 04:30 PM all buses will terminate the tours at one of the following Stop #4 (Marble Arch) then proceed to Bayswater Road and Gloucester Road for drop-off only. No new passengers will be picked up during this time.
- No river cruise, Walking tours or Evening tours on this day.
Normal service will resume on Friday, December 26th, 2025.

Tours Operating Daily!

Our London bus tours are operating daily.
Please note that during the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace we are unable to drive along the side of Buckingham Palace. This takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays between 10:00am to 12:30pm. See below for affected stops during these times.
- Stop #26 (Buckingham Palace) out of service between 10:30am - 12:30pm (Mon, Weds, Fri, Sun only).
