Accessing your day tour ticket: Once you've purchased your ticket, open the Big Bus Tours app, tap 'Add Booking' and enter your booking reference. On the day, open your bus ticket and press 'Activate'. Your ticket countdown starts – just show your activated ticket to the driver to board.

Hop-on, Hop-off

Our hop-on, hop-off bus tours give you the freedom to plan your own itinerary and explore the best of Rome’s landmarks for as little or as long as you like. Hop off the tour as many times as you wish within the validity period of your ticket and simply hop on again when you're ready. T&Cs: If your ticket is valid for more than one day, it must be used on consecutive days within Big Bus Tours Rome's hours of operation.

What time does the tour start and how often do the buses run?

Our service operates daily. See our Service Information page for tour schedule information and notices. Alternatively, you can check times with a Big Bus Tours team member, or contact us with any questions.

Are the buses wheelchair accessible?

Yes, most of our buses are wheelchair accessible.

Can I change the date (and time) of my bus tour?

Yes. If you have a ticket that's 'fully flexible', you can change the date (and time) of your bus tour booking without charge. To make the change, please contact us.

If you don't have a 'fully flexible' ticket, we can still change the date of your bus tour, but please be aware that charges may apply.

Are child tickets available?

Yes. Child tickets are available for children between the ages of 5–15. Children under 5 travel free of charge. All children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I hire a bus for a private event?

Yes, our buses are available for private hires and charters. For more information or to receive a quote, please submit an enquiry via our Private Hires and Charters page.
