Types of data collected from you:
When completing any purchase through our Services, we will ask you to confirm your name, address, telephone number, email address, We may also collect personal data from you if you complete any of our surveys, enter any promotions or subscribe for our offers.

- To fulfil your order or contact you regading any issue with your order;

Any information that you provide to us is stored on secure servers and we adopt strict security processes to seek to prevent unauthorised access to, or use of, your information. However, the transmission of information through the internet is not completely secure. We will take all reasonably necessary steps to ensure that your personal data is secure. However, we are unable to guarantee the security of the information that you submit through the Services and any submission is done so at your own risk.
By expressly opting in to receiving marketing related communications (as prompted following the completion of a purchase through any of our Services) you agree that we may send to you relevant offers, promotions and our latest news. Rights of access
In accordance with your rights under the DPA, you are entitled to request a copy of any personal data that we hold about you (or request a description of such data). You may also ask for any inaccurate information that we hold about you to be corrected or deleted, by contacting us as set out below.
Location Based Services Code of Conduct
We use Location Based Services (LBS) to understand traffic patterns in venues (our fleet of buses). The location data we capture helps us to understand venues (our fleet of buses), such as how long customers are onboard and how they generally move around tour routes, enhancing operational efficiency and improving user experience.
