    Our service operates daily. The first tour departs Stop 1 at Termini Railway Station at 9am, and the last tour departs Stop 1 at 6pm. Buses are due at each stop every 20 minutes during the hours of operation.     The Big Bus Rome sightseeing tour offers a recorded commentary in your choice of either English, Italian Spanish, French, German, Chinese Mandarin, Russian, Arabic and Portuguese. The commentary is available through complimentary earphones that you will receive when you board the bus.

    You can purchase tickets either on this website, from a member of our Big Bus street sales team, at any of our two kiosks (one is located at Termini station and the other is located at the Colosseum) or from our trusted merchant partners.

    Show your printed ticket to a member of staff at one of our stops or aboard the bus. They'll issue you a receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket.

    If you requested to have your tickets sent via SMS, remember that there is no need to print your tickets. Just bring your phone with you with the ticket page open to show it to one of our on street staff who will issue you your ticket.

A full tour takes approximately 1 hour 40 minutes. Please allow for more time if you plan to hop on and off at any of our stops.

Do I need to specify a date of travel?

All the tour tickets we sell on our website are open dated, meaning you can travel on any day within 6 months of purchase. If you purchase a ticket that offers validity for more than 24 hours, you must travel on consecutive days.
