The full tour lasts approximately 90 minutes, although part of the fun is hopping on and off to see the sights and experience different guides! During operating hours, buses are scheduled to arrive every 60 mins (45 mins on Saturdays, weather permitting).

No, absolutely not! You can simply turn up on the day, at the time you wish to travel and start your tour when you wish. There is no schedule to stick to.

What do I get for my money?
You'll get a ticket that you can use to hop on and hop off our buses during our operating hours. A 1-day ticket ticket can be used on the day that you redeem it. A 2-day ticket can be used on both the day of redemption and the day after. A 3-day ticket can be used on the day of redemption, and on the two days following. If you have a ticket that's valid for more than one day, you must use it on consecutive days.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay with cash, cheque or any major credit card.
How do I get a brochure?
Contact us and we'll send one to you. Most concierges and information centers in the city will have them in stock.
Do you take group bookings?

Are your buses air-conditioned?
No, we have natural air-conditioning as our buses are open top!
Are accommodations available for persons with disabilities?
Are accommodations available for persons with disabilities? Yes, we operate wheelchair accessible vehicles with lifts that can accommodate a weight up to 650 pounds. Please be advised that our entire fleet in Philadelphia is not wheelchair accessible. If you or your travelling partner(s) requires an ADA accessible vehicle, please contact us 48 hours prior to your planned tour commencement. We can then arrange for a suitable vehicle to be available at the time and location required. If you require a different accommodation, please also contact us 48 hours prior to your planned tour commencement so we can make arrangements for an accommodation. Please note that messages left on the office general voicemail do not constitute confirmed arrangements. Please also note that passengers with mobility impairments may not be able to access the upper deck on our buses. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of the various attractions along the tour.
Can I change the date (and time) of my tour?
Yes. If you want to change the date (and time) of your tour booking, we’ll need to know no later than 72 hours before your currently booked tour date and time. The speediest way to make changes to your booking is to chat with our friendly customer services team – just click the red chat button in the bottom right corner of your screen, or submit a request via our Contact Us Form.
How long is my ticket valid for?
Our 1-Day Tickets are valid on the day of redemption only.
Our 2-Day Tickets are valid on the day of redemption, and the day after*.
Our 3-Day Tickets are valid on the day of redemption, and for 2 days after*.
Please note: 2- and 3-Day tickets must be used over consecutive days.
