    The Big Bus Dubai sightseeing tour offers entertaining and informative pre-recorded commentary in 12 languages:

    City Tour (Red Route): first bus departs Stop #1 - Wafi at 8:50am. Full circuit is approx. 2 hours. Buses arrive every 30 minutes from May to October, and every 20 minutes from November to April. The last full-circuit tour departure from Stop #1 is at 6:00pm. Last bus at Stop #1 is at 7:00pm

    Marina Tour (Blue Route): first bus departs Stop #27 - Mall of the Emirates at 8:50am. Full circuit is approx. 90 minutes. Buses arrive every 30 minutes from May to October, and every 20 minutes from November to April. Last full-circuit tour departure from Stop #27 is at 6:00pm. Last bus at Stop #27 is at 6:30pm.

    Beach Tour (Green Route): first bus departs Stop #14 - Dubai Mall at 9:00am. Full circuit is approx. 140 minutes. Buses arrive every 30 minutes from May to October, and every 20 minutes from November to April. Last full-circuit tour departure from Stop #14 is at 6:00pm. Last bus at Stop #14 is at 7:20pm.

    Please note: your ticket is valid for at least 24 hours, so if you start your tour at 2:00pm, you can use the tour until the same time the following day. If you plan to hop on and hop off the tour, please allow yourself extra time. Timings and bus frequency are subject to change, so for up-to-date information please check with Big Bus staff at any of point of sale, or contact us.

    Yes. WAFI (Stop #1) is the main starting point for the City Tour (Red Route), and The Dubai Mall (Stop #2/20) is the main starting point for the Beach Tour (Green Route), but you may join the tour from any of our stops. To find the stop closest to you please click here.

Tell me about the Big Bus tour?

Big Bus Tours offers sightseeing tours of Dubai by open-top double-decker bus. Commentary is provided in a choice of 12 languages. You may hop on and off at any of our stops to visit attractions and places of interest.The tour also offers several free inclusions, such as a traditional dhow cruise on Dubai Creek, entry to Dubai Museum and Sheikh Saeed al Maktoum’s House.

What can I see and visit?

Bus stops are conveniently located near popular landmarks and attractions, so you are able to hop on and hop off the tour as you please. You can hop on and off as many times as you wish and are of course welcome to stay on board for the entire route. Visit our Discover Dubai page to learn about what you can see and visit on our tour.

Which days do the tours operate?

Big Bus Tours Dubai operate every day of the year, even throughout the summer - all of our buses have custom-designed air-conditioning systems, and we also offer free chilled bottled water to keep you cool even in the heat of the midday sun.

How long does the tour take?

If you decide not to hop off the bus, complete circuit times are as follows:

- City Tour (Red Route): approx. 2 hours
- Beach Tour (Green Route): approx. 2 hours, 20 minutes
- Marina Tour (Blue Route): approx. 1 hour, 30 minutes.

Please allow for more time if you plan to hop on and off at any of our stops.
Please note that, depending on your purchase, your ticket is valid for either 24, 48 or 72 hours, so if you start your tour at 2:00pm, you can use all the tour inclusions until the same time within the following 24 or 48 hours.
If you have purchased the Unlimited Attraction Pass or 3-Day Ticket, attraction passes can be redeemed during the 7 days following initial Big Bus ticket redemption.

Can I interchange between the Beach Tour, City Tour and Marina Tour?

Your Big Bus ticket provides access to all tour routes. You can use each route as little or as much as you wish during the validity of your ticket. Interchange points between each point are highlighted on our map here.

I have a few hours stopover between my flights and want to take a tour. Which is the nearest stop to the airport?

Deira City Centre (Red Route, Stop 13) is the nearest stop to Dubai International airport. The best way to get there from the airport is via a short taxi ride.

Do I need to specify a date of travel?

All the tour tickets we sell on our website are open-dated, meaning you can travel on any day within 6 months of purchase. If you purchase a ticket that offers validity for more than 24 hours, you must travel on consecutive days.

How does the website discount work?

We regularly provide special offers on tickets available to purchase online. Take a look at our current ticket offers.

Is there a discount available for groups?

Yes, discounts are available for groups of 20 or more. To find out more, submit an enquiry using our group booking information page.

Is it possible to hire one of the open-top buses for a private event?

Yes, buses are available for private hires and charters. For more information or to receive a quote, please submit an enquiry via our private hires and charters page.

What is the child ticketing policy?

A child ticket is available for children aged between 5 and 15 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 4 years and under may travel free of charge. Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.

How will I know where to get off?

The pre-recorded commentary on the bus will announce each stop by number and location as the bus approaches. Please refer to our routes & maps information to plan which stops you would like to hop off at.

How do I redeem my ticket?

Show your printed ticket to a member of staff at one of our stops or aboard the bus. They'll issue you a receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket.

If you requested to have your tickets sent via SMS, remember that there is no need to print your tickets. Just bring your phone with you with the ticket page open to show it to one of our on street staff who will issue you your ticket.

Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
