Flexible Tickets
If you have a ticket that's 'fully flexible' you can change the date (and time) of your bus tour booking without charge. To make the change, please contact us ahead of your originally booked bus tour date and time.
If you don't have a 'fully flexible' ticket, we can still change the date of your bus tour, but please be aware that charges apply. Choose between a date change, or an upgrade to a different 'fully flexible' ticket. Please contact us to change your bus tour date.
Please note If you have a multi-day bus tour ticket, we are only able to change its start date. It must be used over consecutive days. We cannot change the start date of your ticket if you have already redeemed it. We are not able to offer or guarantee date and time flexibility on any ticket inclusions operated by third parties (for example river cruises or attraction entry).
