    All South Beach (Blue Loop), City (Red Loop) and Hotel Shuttle (Orange Loop) tour buses offer pre-recorded commentary in a choice of 12 languages, including: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Mandarin, Japanese, Arabic, Korean and Hindi. The Uptown (Green Loop) tour features a live English-speaking tour guide only.

    City Tour (Red Loop): first bus departs Stop #1 - Central Station at 8:15am. Full circuit is 90 minutes. Buses arrive every 60 minutes. Last full-circuit tour departure from Stop #1 is at 5:15pm. Last bus at Stop #1 is at 6:45pm

    South Beach Tour (Blue Loop): first bus departs Stop #1 - Central Station at 8:30am. Full circuit is 90 minutes. Buses arrive every 30 minutes. Last full-circuit tour departure from Stop #1 is at 5:15pm. Last bus at Stop #1 is at 6:45pm.

    Uptown Tour (Green Loop): first bus departs Stop #1 - Central Station at 8:45am. Full circuit is 90 minutes. Buses arrive every 60 minutes. Last full-circuit tour departure from Stop #1 is at 3:45pm. Last bus at Stop #1 is at 3 :45pm.

    Beach Hotel Shuttle (Orange Loop): first bus departs Stop #10 - Lincoln Road at 9:00am. Full circuit is 45 minutes. Buses arrive every 55 minutes. Last but at Stop #10 is at 6:15pm (drop-off only).

    Please note: most tickets* are valid for at least 24 hours, so if you start your tour at 2.00pm, you can use the tour until the same time the following day. Each loop takes approximately 90 minutes (without hopping on and off). If you plan to hop on and hop off the tour, please allow yourself extra time.

    The main starting point for most routes is Stop #1: Central Station. You'll find this at Bayfront Park, 301 Biscayne Boulevard, FL 33132. However, you may start your tour at any of our hop-on, hop-off stops. To find the stop closest to you please click here.

Tell me about the Big Bus Miami Tour?

Big Bus Tours Miami offer sightseeing tours of the 'Magic City' on open-top double-decker buses. During the tour, entertaining and informative commentary is provided either by experienced English-speaking guides, or via pre-recorded commentary, which you can listen in to via complimentary headphones supplied on board. You may hop on and off at any of the tour stops to visit attractions and places of interest. There are four tour routes: South Beach (Blue Loop), City (Red Loop), Uptown (Green Loop) and Beach Hotel Shuttle (Orange Loop). All tickets allow bearers access to all loops.

What can I see and visit?

There are over 30 stops across our 4 routes where you can hop on and off your tour. Each stop has been selected because it provides convenient access to an attraction or place of interest. You can hop on and off your tour as many times as you wish, and are of course welcome to stay on board for the entire tour loop. On which days does the tour operate?

Big Bus Tours Miami operates every day of the year. If unexpected closures due to special events or extreme weather conditions arise, information will be published on our service information page.

How frequently do tour buses run?

City Tour (Red Loop): Buses arrive every 60 minutes.
South Beach Tour (Blue Loop): Buses arrive every 30 minutes.
Uptown Tour (Green Loop): Buses arrive every 60 minutes.
Beach Hotel Shuttle (Orange Loop): Buses arrive every 45 minutes.

What is the child ticketing policy?

A child ticket is available for children aged between 5 and 15 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 4 years and under may travel free of charge. Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.

Do I need to specify a date for travel?

No, you can use your ticket on any date. If you purchase a 24-hour, 48-hour or 72-hour ticket you must travel on consecutive days. You are welcome to buy your ticket on the day if that is your preference, but please note that discounts offered online are not available on same-day purchases.

If I buy a 48-hour ticket, can I use it on separated days?

48-hour tickets can only be used on consecutive days.

Are accommodations available for persons with disabilities?

Are accommodations available for persons with disabilities? Yes, we operate wheelchair accessible vehicles with lifts that can accommodate a weight up to 650 pounds. Please be advised that our entire fleet in Miami is not wheelchair accessible. If you or your travelling partner(s) requires an ADA accessible vehicle, please contact us 48 hours prior to your planned tour commencement. We can then arrange for a suitable vehicle to be available at the time and location required. If you require a different accommodation, please also contact us 48 hours prior to your planned tour commencement so we can make arrangements for an accommodation. Please note that messages left on the office general voicemail do not constitute confirmed arrangements. Please also note that passengers with mobility impairments may not be able to access the upper deck on our buses. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of the various attractions along the tour.

What is your policy in the event of bad weather?

With the exception of extreme weather conditions that would jeopardize safety, our tours operate in all weather, rain or shine. Refunds due to weather will not be granted unless the service is suspended as a result of weather.
