Where can I start the tour?
You may start your tour at any of our stops. Please refer to our route information for specific locations.
The Night Tour starts at Stop 1: Central Star ferry, Pier 7, at 6:15pm, or at Stop 11: The Peninsula Hotel, at 7:00pm.

Do I have to specify a date of travel?
All Big Bus Tours Hong Kong tickets sold via this website are open-dated, meaning you can travel on any day within 6 months of purchase.
Please note that if you purchase a ticket that offers validity for more than 24 hours, you must travel on consecutive days.

What can I see and visit?
You can hop on and off as many times as you wish and are of course welcome to stay on board for the entire route. Please see our tours information to discover more.

How do I redeem my ticket?
If you requested to have your tickets sent via SMS, remember that there is no need to print your tickets. Just bring your phone with you with the ticket page open to show it to one of our on street staff who will then issue you your ticket receipt.
Is there a discount available for groups?
Is it possible to hire one of the open-top buses for a private event?

How will I know where to get off?
There are no buses running due to weather conditions, what do I do?
If your ticket was bought on-street or has already been scanned by one of our on-street advisors, and we have cancelled our services due to weather conditions, you will be able to apply for a refund. Please check out our Terms & Conditions for full details.
How can I find the stop nearest to me?
