As a business with a global presence, Big Bus Tours cherishes the unique opportunity to positively shape communities around the world. From our employees and suppliers to the communities in which we operate, we aim to be intentional in how the company fosters social sustainability.

Building strong and positive channels of community interaction varies from place to place, with every city having its own needs and interests. As a whole, we strive to focus on building our connections with NGOs through charitable partnerships now and in the years to come. Creating long-lasting relationships with our local organisations is an effective way to interact with the community, develop an understanding of their needs, and give back in a meaningful way.

While we’re always looking towards the future, there is a good deal of charitable action already happening. In FY25, we donated over 100 tickets to various fundraisers across the world and assisted in a variety of larger projects, such as the Big Bus Toy Express.
