Important Information
Please present your Water Taxi confirmation at any City Experiences waterfront ticket kiosk to receive your boarding pass before travel. The Water Taxi operates rain or shine, however sailings may be cancelled if the U.S. Coast Guard closes the river due to severe weather, so it is always recommended to check conditions before heading to the dock. Pets are not permitted on board, with the exception of service animals in line with ADA guidelines. If you are using a Big Bus Tours ticket, you can connect between services at Stop 5, located at The Wharf (DC Wharf), for easy transfers between the Water Taxi and bus routes.
