FAQs
Can I eat and drink on the bus?
No, eating and drinking is not permitted on the bus.
Are buses available for private hires and charters?
Yes, our buses are available for private hires and charters. For more information please or to receive a quote, submit an enquiry via our private hires and charters page.
Are child tickets available?
Yes. Child tickets are available for children between the ages of 3–12. Children aged 2 and under may travel free of charge but must sit on their caregiver's lap when the service is full. Strollers and pushchairs must be safely secured on the lower deck or stored at the free wheelchair, walker, and stroller storage at our Canada Place Welcome Centre kiosk. All children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
Our double-decker Hop-On, Hop-Off buses are wheelchair accessible and can accommodate walkers or strollers, too. Guests with collapsible wheelchairs, walkers, or strollers have courtesy seating on the lower level of the bus. We do not accept reservations for courtesy seating. Due to provincial safety regulations that require all equipment to be secured and stored, strollers and walkers are not permitted to be kept with the guest at their seat or on their lap. We do offer free wheelchair, walker, and stroller storage at our Canada Place Welcome Centre kiosk. If the bus has reached its capacity to accommodate collapsible wheelchairs, walkers, and strollers, you will need to wait for the next accessible bus.
Please note: our Guided Tour buses are not wheelchair accessible.

I bought a ticket for someone else, but it has my name on it, is this ok?
Yes. The person taking the tour will need to present the booking confirmation (printed or on a device) to a uniformed staff member before hopping on the bus. Staff will scan the QR code and present the guest with a ticket that can be used to board the tour. Tickets must be retained for hopping on the bus - please note that tickets cannot be replaced if lost.
Can I bring my luggage on the bus?
No. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate luggage on our buses due to limited storage capacity and provincial laws prohibiting luggage and other items that are not securely or properly stored onboard.
