About the Bike Tour
Your excursion begins at the Big Bus Tours Visitor Center. Present your ticket here and board the coach, which departs at 9:00am. Relax and enjoy the scenic 1-hour drive north, crossing the Golden Gate Bridge and passing though charming Marin County as your live guide points out landmarks. Your Bike Tour begins at Blazing Saddles Sonoma at 10:00am. You'll visit 3-4 Sonoma wineries and tasting rooms with your guide, enjoy a lunch break in one of Sonoma's charming parks, and conclude the tour with some free time around Sonoma Plaza to explore the shops, galleries and tasting rooms. The return coach departs Sonoma at 3:00pm for the journey back to San Francisco.
The tour includes return coach transfers from San Francisco to Sonoma with live narration, bike and helmet hire from Blazing Saddles, a live guide on your bike tour, visits to 3-4 Sonoma wineries and tasting rooms, a lunch break in a Sonoma park, and free time around Sonoma Plaza. Please note: the tour does not include any pre-paid wine tasting or dining packages, but you will have the option to purchase refreshments and wine tasting experiences regularly throughout the tour.
Please arrive at the Big Bus Tours Visitor Center by 8:30am for a 9:00am departure. Please bring layers, hat and sunscreen. The full tour duration is about 7 hours. Note that the bike tour covers a distance of about 12 miles (19.3km) and is suitable for all cyclists, including beginners. Please note: Tasting fees, winery purchases, and lunch are not included; please bring your own lunch or cash/card for the en-route lunch break.
