Abu Dhabi Friday Night Tour
Need-to-Know:
- Location and Time: Our Abu Dhabi night tour departs from Marina Mall (Stop #1) at 7:30pm on Fridays only.
- Redemption: Please present your e-voucher to a member of Big Bus staff at Stop #1: Marina Mall before boarding the bus.
- T&Cs: You can redeem your Abu Dhabi Night Tour pass up to seven days following redemption of the Deluxe Ticket
- Please note that seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we are unable to guarantee availability.
Yacht Cruise Yas Island, Abu Dhabi
Need-to-Know:
- Location and Time: Yas Island Yacht Cruises depart from Yas Marina (Stop #24, Abu Dhabi Green Route) at 11:00am daily.
- Redemption: Please present your Deluxe Ticket when preparing to board the yacht.
- T&Cs: You can redeem your Yacht Cruise pass up to 7 days after you redeem your Deluxe Ticket.
Capital Corniche Cruise, Abu Dhabi
Please note that the Corniche Cruise will not be operating between July 2 - August 1, 2017.
Need-to-Know:
- Location and Time: Cruises depart from Abu Dhabi's Stop 16 at 10:30am, 11:30am, 3:30pm & 4:30pm daily. Cruises last approximately 1 hour.
- Redemption: Please speak to a Big Bus Tours staff member prior to joining the tour.
- T&Cs: You can redeem your Capital Corniche Cruise pass up to 7 days after you redeem your Deluxe Ticket.
Al Ain Oasis City Day Tour
Need-to-Know:
- Location and Time: The Al Ain Oasis City Day Tour departs on Tuesdays and Saturdays only at 7:30am from Stop 1: Marina Mall (Red Route). Tours last approximately 11.5 hours.
- Redemption: Seats must be reserved for the Al Ain tour. Please speak to a Big Bus Tours staff member or visit one of our customer service centres prior to joining the tour.
- T&Cs: You can redeem your Al Ain Oasis City Tour pass up to 7 days after you redeem your Deluxe Ticket.
The Observation Deck at 300, Etihad Towers, Abu Dhabi
Need-to-Know:
- Location and Time: The Observation Deck at 300 is located in Tower 2, Level 74, Jumeirah Hotel, Etihad Towers, West Corniche, Abu Dhabi. It is open between 10:00am and 6:00pm daily.
- Redemption: Please present your Deluxe Ticket at the Observation Deck ticket counter.
- T&Cs: The 50% discount for The Observation Deck at 300 ticket is only available to Premium Ticket and Deluxe Ticket holders.
Wahat Al Karama Memorial Walk
Need-to-Know:
- Location and Time: Wahat Al Karama memorial walks begin from Stop #5: Sheikh Zayed Mosque at 11:00am and 6:00pm daily.
- Redemption: Please speak to a Big Bus Tours staff member or visit one of our customer service centres prior to joining the walking tour.
- T&Cs: You can redeem your Wahat Al Karama Memorial Walk pass up to 7 days after you redeem your Deluxe Ticket
Masdar Technology Drive
Need-to-Know:
- Location and Time: The Masdar City Tour departs Saturday - Thursday at 4:00pm from Stop 5: Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. Tours last approximately 1.5 hours.
- Redemption: Please speak to a Big Bus Tours staff member or visit one of our customer service centres prior to joining the Masdar City tour.
- T&Cs: You can redeem your Masdar City Tour pass up to 7 days after you redeem your Deluxe Ticket.
Qasr Al Sheikh Journey
Need-to-Know:
- Location and Time: The Qasr Al Sheikh Journey departs Saturday - Thursday at 10:00pm from Stop 1: Marina Mall. Tours last approximately 1 hour.
- Redemption: Please speak to a Big Bus Tours staff member or visit one of our customer service centres prior to joining the Qasr Al Sheikh Journey.
- T&Cs: You can redeem your Qasr Al Sheikh Journey pass up to 7 days after you redeem your Deluxe Ticket.

Dubai Creek Arabian Dhow Cruise
Need-to-Know:
- Location and Time: Dubai Creek Dhow cruises depart every hour, on the hour, between 10:30am and 5:30pm, 7 days a week. Board at Dhow Wharfage (Stop #12, Red Route). Cruises last approximately 1 hour.
- Redemption: To redeem your Dubai Creek Dhow cruise pass, please speak to a member of Big Bus Tours staff at the Wafi kiosk (Stop #1, Red Route) prior to starting the cruise.
- T&Cs: The Dubai Creek Dhow Cruise pass is valid for two days following redemption of the 2-day Premium Ticket, or for seven days following redemption of the Deluxe Ticket
Desert Sunset Experience
Please note that the Desert Sunset Tour is unavailable from May 25, 2017, due to renovation.
- Location and Time: The Desert Sunset Tour starts from Wafi (Stop 1, Red Route) daily at 4:30pm. Please note that due to the continuous change in sunset times, departure and return times may vary. Please speak to a member of staff for precise timings before starting your Desert Sunset Experience tour.
- Redemption: To redeem your Desert Sunset Experience pass, please speak to a member of Big Bus Tours staff at the Wafi kiosk (Stop 1, Red Route) prior to starting the tour. Alternatively, you can call: 800 BIG BUS to book the tour in advance, as seats are subject to availability.
- T&Cs: You can redeem your Desert Sunset Experience pass up to 7 days after you redeem your Deluxe Ticket
- The Desert Sunset Experience is subject to weather conditions, and may be cancelled if conditions are poor. In these circumstances you are welcome to take the tour on an alternative day.
Sharjah Tour
Need-to-Know:
- Location and Time: The Sharjah Panoramic Day Tour departs from Wafi (Stop #1, Dubai Red Route) at 10:30am every day except Friday. The tour takes approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes. Please check with a member of Big Bus staff for up-to-date daily departure timings.
- Redemption: To redeem your Sharjah Tour pass, please speak to a member of Big Bus Tours staff at Wafi (Stop #1, Dubai Red Route) prior to starting your Sharjah tour. Alternatively, you can call: 800 BIG BUS to book the tour in advance, as seats are subject to availability.

Marina & Island Lagoon Boat Cruise
- Location and Time: Marina & Island Lagoon cruises depart every hour, on the hour, between 10:00am and 5:00pm, 7 days a week. Board at Pier 7 (Stop #30, Blue Route). Cruises last approximately 1 hour.
- Redemption: To redeem your Marina & Island Lagoon Boat Cruise pass, please speak to a member of Big Bus Tours staff at the Wafi kiosk (Stop #1, Red Route) prior to starting the cruise.
- T&Cs: You can redeem your Marina & Island Lagoon cruise pass up to 7 days after you redeem your Deluxe Ticket. Please check with a member of Big Bus staff for up-to-date daily departure timings.
Atlantis The Palm: Lost Chambers Aquarium & Ambassador Lagoon
Need-to-Know:
- Location and Time: Ambassador Lagoon and the Lost Chambers Aquarium are both open between 10:00am and 10:00pm daily. Hop off at Atlantis The Palm (Stop #24, Green Route) to enter.
- Redemption: To redeem your Ambassador Lagoon and Lost Chambers Aquarium passes please speak to a Big Bus Tours staff member prior to entering the attractions.
- T&Cs: You can redeem your Ambassador Lagoon and Lost Chambers Aquarium passes up to 7 days after you redeem your Deluxe Ticket.
Palm Island Drive

- Location and Time: Tours depart at 5:00pm daily from Atlantis The Palm (Stop #24, Green Route).
