It is a sightseeing tour of Miami on an open-top double-decker bus. Live commentary is provided by experienced guides. You may hop on and off at any of the tour stops to visit attractions and places of interest. The Tour consists of two loops: The Beach Loop and the City Loop. You can enjoy both loops during the validity of your ticket.

There are 20 locations where you can hop on and off the sightseeing tour. Each has been selected because it provides access to an attraction or place of interest.  You can hop on and off as many times as you wish and are of course welcome to stay on board for the entire loop. The Big Bus Miami Tour runs every day of the year except Christmas Day (December 25th)

Tours start from Central Station at 9.00am and depart every 30 minutes until 4.30pm. Timings are subject to change, so please do check with a member of Big Bus Miami staff or Contact Us if you are unsure of timings.

The main starting point for the sightseeing tour is outside the entrance to Central Station in the Downtown area but you may start your tour at any of the 20 ‘hop-on, hop-off’ points. Please see the map to determine the most suitable start point for you.

You can start the tour at anytime between 9.00am and 4.30pm. Your ticket is valid for at least 24 hours, so if you start your tour at 2.00pm in the afternoon, you can use the tour until the same time the following day. Each Loop (without hopping on and off) takes approximately one and a half hours. If you plan to use the hop-on, hop-off facility please allow extra time.

At present the sightseeing tour offers a live commentary in English, provided by an expert guide.

If you purchase a discounted fixed date ticket on this website then yes, you must travel on the date selected. If you purchase an open date ticket, you can travel on any day.

You are welcome to buy your ticket on the day if that is your preference.

48 hour tickets can only be used on consecutive days.

Yes, we are able to provide ADA compliant, wheelchair accessible vehicles upon request. If you or travelling partner requires an ADA accessible vehicle please contact us 48 hours prior to departure. We can then arrange for a suitable vehicle to be available at the time and location required.  Please contact our main office at 800-336-8233 to make arrangements. Your request should be made be with a company representative during regular business hours. Please note that messages left on the office general voicemail do not constitute confirmed arrangements.

With the exception of extreme weather conditions that would jeopardize safety, our tours operate in all weather, rain or shine.  Refunds due to weather will not be granted unless the service is suspended as a result of weather.
